| Baby Steps…a Prenatal Home Visiting Program designed to provide guidance and support to pregnant women in DeKalb, Noble, Steuben and LaGrange counties. This program is supported by March of Dimes and is offered at no cost to participants. |

| This program provides home visits to parents of newborns to offer support, reassurance, and essential information for healthy growth and development. Participation is voluntary and at no cost to parents. |
