The Classic Rock band Choice has been playing music in Northeast Indiana for over 40 years. The members of the band, all from Auburn Indiana, have been entertaining loyal fans with the same passion for classic rock music as they did when the songs were brand new on the charts in the 1970's and 1980's. The History of Choice that relates to Children First Center is the Fundraiser "One Last Time for the Kids". A local business man and long-time friend of the band, Mark Morton, brought the group back together after they had stopped playing to play a fundraiser at the Spencerville Community Center. "Once Last Time for the Kids" and the band brought in over 600 people to the event and they raised the $10,000 that Children First Center needed to apply for a grant for the building it is housed in now!! Choice is near and dear to Children First!! This clip from their recent show talks about that adventure and their return to the band that still currently plays. Thank you to our community, Mark & Choice for our beginnings in Auburn!!
