Meet James Custer.  He has been a volunteer with Children First Center in the past.  As part of his participation in Noble County Drug Court program with his continued commitment to sobriety, he is restoring this go cart for a raffle, with all of the proceeds going directly back to Children First Center.

Pictures of the progress will be shared here and on social media platforms.

We will have raffle tickets available for purchase at our location, 1610 S Grandstaff Dr, or you can find us during the fair in the Industrial Tent.  Many of our staff members will have tickets to sell as well.

Tickets are cash only for $10 each or three tickets for $25.  You must be 18 years of age to purchase the tickets and be willing to sign a waiver of liability on delivery if you have the winning ticket.
